This website is operated by Estetica Training Academy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Estetica Training Academy. Estetica Training Academy offers this website, including all information, tools, medical aesthetics training and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In no case shall Estetica Training Academy, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Estetica Training Academy and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
We allow all students a 14 day cooling off period whereby they can cancel their place and a full refund will be offered.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
We only allow one date change for training courses, regardless of circumstances due to prior arrangements being made for the course, and the loss of space for potential students.
If course date is changed regardless of circumstances payment will be due on the agreed date when booking.
The academy withholds the right to terminate our contract with any student if they fail to make payment as agreed when booking the course, if payment is not made on the agreed date the course will be cancelled and a student will have to re-book.
If hotel/travel is booked by the academy and a student fails to attend the course, the student will be liable to pay the costs for hotel/travel to the academy.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 20- COVID19 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking one of our training courses and paying the non-refundable booking fee you agree to the following terms:
All courses booking fee is non-refundable. The selected course date may be changed due to any of the following reasons: Any Covid19 related issues involving either student, trainer, academy or government guidelines and legislation.
If the training date has to be changed due to the above, new dates will be provided. A member of our team will contact you to rearrange your new date at no additional charge. Booking fee will remain in place and move over to an alternative date.
Students must attend wearing a face mask, and wear for the duration of the training course.
Students must complete Covid19 triage form provided upon booking and return back to academy 24 hours prior to training.
If student has any symptoms of Covid19 or has come into contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid19, student must contact academy to re-book for alternative date.
SECTION 21- DIGITAL PRODUCTS
You are responsible for configuring your own computer and software access to the material and course content on our site including downloadable content when purchasing our digital products. We do not warrant that the way we deliver data to you is compatible with your software or with the way your mobile decide or computer is configured. Although we do our best to protect our site, we are not responsible for any virus’s, bugs or similar issues. We advise that you use your own virus protection software to protect yourself.
Purchasing digital content from us does not provide qualifications for you to perform treatments, and it does not provide qualifications to teach. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct qualifications to use this material & you are liable for ensuring correct qualifications to perform treatments and teach using our training content.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the material on our site, and you are responsible for the way you use it’s content. We shall not limit or exclude our liability for:
Death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misinterpretation, any act omission or matter, liability for which may not be excluded or limited under any applicable law. We shall not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage including:
loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of savings or loss of contract.
We also exclude but only as far as legally possible, all terms and warranties of promises implied by law or by statutes.
Any duty of care owed to you by us is owed to you alone and no duty of care is owed to any third party and we do not assume any responsibility to any third party in respect of the performance of our duties to you.
When taking part in any of our courses, we reserve the right to upload pictures/videos on our social media platforms and website, we hold all content as property of the training academy. Furthermore, when booking our courses students give rights and consent to the academy upload pictures of their work conducted under supervision of the academy as well as graduation photos/videos taken by the academy.
Where products from us are editable, we grant permission for you to edit and share the information with your students or any accrediting bodies. Where you are unsure of your liability rights please contact us on the details in section 22.
Once we provide theory and under any circumstances should the student cancel the course, we as the company hold the rights to charge all students who have had the theory half of the balance of the course.
Any online courses purchased from the academy it will remain the students responsibility to make sure they will be able to gain valid insurance for the product/training provided. All online courses are non-refundable once content is shared with the student.
All certificates for in-person and online courses are issued using the name provided at the time of purchase.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all details, including the certificate name, are accurate at the time of ordering.
Where a customer notifies us of an error prior to certificate generation, we may, at our discretion and as an act of goodwill, amend the name.
Once certificates have been generated and issued, no amendments can be made under any circumstances.

SECTION 23 - ADVICE ON TREATMENTS
Due to the influx of fake products, as noted by the MHRA (Yellow Card Campaign) and prescribers not having the appropriate insurance/qualifications to prescribe within Aesthetics the Academy will reserve the right to only provide Aesthetics advice/support if products are purchased from Estetica Direct (trading as Estetica Pharmacy).
SECTION 24 - MESOTHERAPY
All students will only be licensed to practice treatments on products that are taught on the day of the course. Please note students will not be trained/qualified to use any other product taught outside the course due to each product(s) having different ways to administer, therefore your qualification will be void if students go outside this scope.
SECTION 26 - MODEL/CLINIC APPOINTMENTS
All model and clinic appointments are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable once booked. If you cancel more than 7 working days prior to your appointment, you will be eligible to rebook and a credit will be issued for non-prescription treatments only.
Cancellations made within 7 working days of your appointment are not eligible for rebooking or credit. This policy is in place as late cancellations do not allow sufficient time for the academy to arrange replacement models, which can significantly impact our students’ training due to reduced hands-on experience.
SECTION 27 - PRACTICAL DAY CANCELLATIONS
ll courses are strictly non-refundable once booked, under any circumstances. This includes situations where the Academy is required to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or other reasons. In such cases, Estetica Training Academy is not responsible for reimbursing any additional costs incurred by students, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
If a student chooses to cancel their course while a balance remains outstanding, 50% of the total course fee will still be payable. This reflects the delivery of the theoretical component of the course, which constitutes half of the overall training.
If a student cancels their practical session within 14 working days of the scheduled date, a £495 penalty fee will apply. This fee covers costs associated with training room hire and trainer allocation.
Students may reschedule their practical session once at no additional cost, provided the request is made more than 14 working days in advance. Any further changes will incur a £495 rescheduling fee.
SECTION 28- PLASMA PENS
We have warranty on each pen for one year from purchase date. Any faults with the pen need to be notified to us in writing, and will be sent to the manufacturer for them to investigate faults. We cannot guarantee a new pen will be dispatched, and will need to await response from the manufacturers. During this time no temporary pens will be provided and we cannot specify a time frame for the pen to be investigated by manufacturers engineers. Any faults or problems with the pens after one year from purchase, Estética Aesthetics are not liable for this and do not provide further warranty on the Plasma Fibroblast Pen.
Spare Plasma Fibroblast tips can be purchased through Estetica Pharmacy, and the delivery of these can be up to 2 weeks.
SECTION 29 - OFFERS
If offers are applied within the academy on any of our products/services these offers cannot be redeemed retrospectively. If an offer is given to a student it will only be redeemed on the date of training agreed, if by any reason the course is cancelled or postponed by the student he/she will be required to pay the difference between offer price and full price of the course. A new date. must be agreed within five working days.
SECTION 30 - PAYMENT PLANS
All payment plans must be paid on the date agreed before accepting the plan, if a payment is missed we as an academy withhold the right to seek the full balance of the course and the plan will come to an end.
We at the Academy hold the right to void any certification whereby payment plans are missed or not paid on the date agreed by the two parties, prior to setting up the agreed plan.
SECTION 31 - ONLINE COURSES
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they are able to obtain valid insurance for any online course they undertake, if they want to inject perspective clients.
Estetica Training Academy does not provide advice, recommendations, or support regarding online training courses. All online courses are delivered as 100% online remotely and do not replace or substitute in-person practical training.
All online courses are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable once purchased.
SECTION 32 - V300 HORUS
When enrolling in the V300 programme, the academy aims to provide sufficient practical training hours at the London training location. However, due to practical day cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances, it may not always be possible to deliver the full number of required hours in London.
In such cases, students may be asked to attend practical sessions at our Burton upon Trent location in order to complete the required training hours.
Where travel to Burton upon Trent is required for this purpose, the academy will cover the cost of the student’s train fare. This arrangement ensures that all students are able to complete the required hours and successfully progress through the programme.

Terms and Conditions and Policies
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the accreditation services provided by HARLEY CPD Accreditation Group (“HCAG”). By submitting an application for accreditation, the applicant confirms they have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
Accreditation – Formal recognition by Harley CPD Accreditation Group that a provider or course has met the published accreditation standards.
Provider – Any individual, company or organisation applying for or holding accreditation.
Course – Any educational programme submitted for accreditation.
Assessor – An individual authorised by Harley CPD Accreditation Group to review applications and make accreditation recommendations
3. Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Hold any relevant licences, registrations or insurance required for their business.
- Deliver education that complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Agree to comply with the Harley CPD Accreditation Group Accreditation Standards.
Submitting an application does not guarantee accreditation.
4. Accreditation Process
Applications are assessed against the Harley CPD Accreditation Group Accreditation Standards.
Harley CPD Accreditation Group reserves the right to:
- Request further information.
- Seek clarification.
- Request amendments.
- Defer an application pending further evidence.
- Refuse accreditation where standards are not met.
All accreditation decisions are final unless successfully appealed in accordance with the Harley CPD Accreditation Group Appeals Policy.
5. Accreditation Period
Unless otherwise stated, accreditation is valid for 12 months from the date of approval.
Providers are responsible for applying for renewal before the expiry date.
If accreditation expires, providers must immediately stop using the Harley CPD Accreditation Group logo and any claims of accreditation until renewal has been approved.
6. Provider Responsibilities
Accredited providers agree to:
- Maintain the standards upon which accreditation was granted.
- Notify Harley CPD Accreditation Group of any significant changes to ownership, course content, trainers or business operations.
- Maintain appropriate insurance throughout the accreditation period.
- Keep learner records securely.
- Cooperate with reasonable quality assurance activities.
- Use the accreditation logo only in accordance with the Logo Usage Guidelines.
7. Fees
All published fees are payable before assessment begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Application fees are non-refundable once the assessment process has commenced.
Renewal fees must be paid before renewal is considered.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or withdrawal of accreditation.
8. Use of Accreditation Logo
The Harley CPD Accreditation Group accreditation logo remains the property of Harley CPD Accreditation Group.
Accredited providers may use the logo only:
During a valid accreditation period.
- In accordance with the Logo Usage Guidelines.
- In relation to approved courses only.
The logo must not be altered, distorted or used in a misleading manner.
Providers must immediately cease using the logo if accreditation expires, is suspended or withdrawn.
9. Monitoring
Harley CPD Accreditation Group reserves the right to undertake quality assurance activities during the accreditation period.
These may include:
- Reviewing updated course materials.
- Requesting learner feedback.
- Reviewing trainer information.
- Reviewing policies and procedures.
- Requesting additional evidence where concerns arise.
10. Suspension and Withdrawal
Accreditation may be suspended or withdrawn where:
- False or misleading information has been provided.
- Standards are no longer maintained.
- Accreditation fees remain unpaid.
- The accreditation logo is misused.
- Serious complaints are upheld.
- There is evidence of unethical or unlawful conduct.
Where appropriate, providers will normally be given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.
11. Complaints and Appeals
Providers have the right to submit complaints or appeals in accordance with the Harley CPD Accreditation Group Complaints Policy and Appeals Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
Harley CPD Accreditation Group provides an independent accreditation service based on the information and evidence supplied by the provider.
Accreditation confirms that published standards have been met at the time of assessment. It does not guarantee future business performance, learner outcomes, clinical competence or regulatory compliance.
