Course Description
OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies – Full Pathway (Beginner Medics)
Qualification Number: 603/4262/6
Awarding Body: OTHM Qualifications (Ofqual-regulated)
JCCP Status: Fully Approved Education and Training Qualification – listed on the JCCP Register of Approved Qualifications
If you are a registered medic with more than two years’ experience in medical aesthetics, our 100% online Level 7 RPL route is the ideal option. It is JCCP-approved and designed to map the experience you already have, so you do not need to repeat foundation practical training.
This is the complete, structured pathway for registered healthcare professionals who are new to aesthetic injectables and want to achieve the full Ofqual-regulated OTHM Level 7 Diploma from the start.
Unlike the RPL Fast Track (for experienced injectors), this route includes Foundation and Advanced practical training as part of the programme, so you build both the clinical skills and the postgraduate academic portfolio required for the Diploma.
Who this course is for?
Registered healthcare professionals (doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, and other eligible allied health professionals) with little or no previous injectable experience who want a single, regulated pathway from beginner to Level 7.
International applicants are welcome if they hold an equivalent professional registration in their home country and meet the English language requirements.
Entry Requirements
• Degree or equivalent (RQF Level 6 or ability to study at degree level)
• Current registration with the GMC, NMC, GDC, GPhC, HCPC (or equivalent recognised professional register)
• No conditions or restrictions on your registration
• English as a first language or IELTS 7.0 in all four components
• Non-prescribers must have access to clinical oversight from an appropriately regulated prescriber
International applicants are welcome if they can demonstrate equivalent professional registration and meet the English language requirement.

The Diploma consists of 7 mandatory units (600 hours Total Qualification Time / 185 Guided Learning Hours):
