Step 1 - Submit Your Application by Email

Email all required information to info@harleycpd.com. Please include:

• Business name
• Contact information
• Website
• Company registration number (if applicable)
• Lead trainer details & qualifications
• Insurance policy
• List of courses you wish to accredit
• Confirmation of professional indemnity insurance

Step 2 - Pay centre registration fee of £150.

This is a one off payment to register your centre with Harley CPD Accreditation Group. The payment link can be found here.

After we receive your email application and payment, our team will carry out a thorough review of your submission for centre approval.

Successful Providers Receive

• Official Harley CPD Group Logo with usage rights
• Unique Accreditation Number
• 12 months of centre/provider accreditation

Course Accreditation

Individual course accreditation can be completed via email after centre approval. We simply require the full course details and theory manual for assessment.

**How do I get my courses accredited?**

Once your centre has been approved as a Harley CPD Accredited provider, you can submit your course materials for individual accreditation. Please email your full course manuals to info@harleycpd.com. Our team will review the content to ensure it meets our standards. Once approved, we will issue a unique CPD number for that course and send it to you by email. You can then use this number on your certificates and marketing materials.

**What logos or numbers need to appear on my certificates?**

To maintain the integrity of the accreditation, every certificate you issue must clearly display two things: your official approved centre number and the specific CPD number allocated to that individual course. Both numbers should be easy to read so that students and employers can verify the qualification if needed.

**How long does centre approval take?**

The centre approval process usually takes between 3 and 5 working days from the date we receive a complete application. In most cases we aim to turn applications around as quickly as possible, provided all required documents have been submitted correctly.

**How long are accredited courses valid?**

Each course accreditation is valid for 12 months from the date we issue the CPD course number. After this period you will need to resubmit the course for review if you wish to continue offering it as an accredited programme.

**How long is centre approval valid?**

Your centre approval lasts for 12 months and must be renewed each year. The annual renewal fee is £100. Renewing on time ensures there is no interruption to your ability to accredit new courses or issue certificates.

**Is there a limit to how many courses I can accredit?**

There is no limit to the number of courses you can have accredited. You can choose a monthly plan at £69 per month for unlimited courses, or a yearly plan at £699 which covers unlimited courses for the full 12 months. This gives you flexibility depending on how many programmes you plan to run.

**How can students verify my accreditation?**

Students can contact us directly with your centre number. We will confirm whether your centre is currently approved and whether the specific course they completed is accredited. This verification service helps give students and employers extra confidence in the qualifications you issue.
