How to Apply for Accreditation?

Step 1 - Submit Your Application by Email
Email all required information to info@harleycpd.com. Please include:- Business name
- Contact information
- Website
- Company registration number (if applicable)
- Lead trainer details & qualifications
- Insurance policy
- List of courses you wish to accredit
- Confirmation of professional indemnity insurance

Step 2 - Pay centre registration fee of £150.
This is a one off payment to register your centre with Harley CPD Accreditation Group. The payment link can be found here.
After we receive your email application and payment, our team will carry out a thorough review of your submission for centre approval.

- Unique Accreditation Number
- 12 months of centre/provider accreditation
Course Accreditation
Individual course accreditation can be completed via email after centre approval. We simply require the full course details and theory manual for assessment.Typical Timeline

Our Pricing
- Registration Fee: £150 (one-time payment)
- Centre Renewal Fee: £100 per year
- Individual Course Accreditation: £50 per course for 12 months accreditation.
All fees are clear with no hidden costs. (Prices include 20% VAT)

How do I get my courses accredited?
Once you are an approved Harley CPD Accredited centre, you can then email us your course manuals to info@harleycpd.com for course accreditation. Once approved you will receive a CPD number for the course via email.What logo’s need to be displayed on my certificates?
Your approved centre number & each individual course CPD number need to be on the certificates.How long to get centre approval?
3-5 days.How long are the courses valid for?
They are valid for 12 months from the date that we send you the CPD course number.How long is the centre valid for?
You will need to renew yearly, which is a fee of £100.Is there a limit to how many courses I can have?
There is no limit, the cost is £50 per course for the year.How can my students verify my accreditation?
