VTCT Levels 4, 5 & 7 Aesthetics Pathway Package | Ofqual | Estetica
The VTCT Levels 4, 5 & 7 Aesthetics Pathway is a fully Ofqual-regulated package designed for non-medics who already hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and want to progress through advanced skin treatments all the way to Level 7 injectables.
This pathway gives you three recognised VTCT qualifications:
• VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Aesthetic Therapies for Skin Rejuvenation
• VTCT Level 5 Certificate in Non-Surgical Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation
• VTCT Level 7 Diploma in Non-Surgical Aesthetic Injectable Procedures
It is structured so you can study theory from home and attend only the minimum practical days required by VTCT, all held at our Marylebone clinic in Central London.
What You’ll Gain
Level 4 – Advanced Aesthetic Therapies for Skin Rejuvenation
You will cover advanced consultation and skin analysis, microneedling, superficial chemical peels, and the safe application of clinical skin treatments. This level builds your confidence with more advanced non-invasive procedures and prepares you for higher-level work.
Level 5 – Non-Surgical Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation
At Level 5 you progress to more complex treatments including advanced chemical peels, skin needling, mesotherapy, LED light therapy and detailed complications management. This stage focuses on corrective and clinical skin work, giving you a broader treatment menu before moving into injectables.
Level 7 – Non-Surgical Aesthetic Injectable Procedures
The final stage covers botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters, cannula techniques and advanced complications management (including vascular occlusion protocols). On successful completion you will hold a regulated Level 7 diploma, placing you in a strong position for insurance and future licensing requirements.

Entry Requirements
You must hold a Level 3 qualification in aesthetics (or equivalent) that includes Anatomy & Physiology.
If your Level 3 does not include AnP, this will need to be completed first.
Complete beginners should start with our Levels 3–7 package. If you already hold any VTCT Level 4 or 5 units, contact us and we will customise a reduced quote.
How the Pathway Works
1. Complete Level 4 theory online and attend the required practical assessment days.
2. Progress to Level 5 advanced skin procedures with further practical sessions.
3. Finish with Level 7 injectables, including supervised live-model practice.
Most students complete the full pathway in 6–12 months while continuing to work. Practical days are limited and scheduled in advance at our Central London academy.

We offer flexible internal payment plans with no credit checks or interest. A 20% booking fee secures your place, with the remaining balance spread over 6–18 months via GoCardless Direct Debit.

Yes. This package is for students who already hold Level 3 or an equivalent qualification. If your Level 3 does not include AnP, this will need to be completed first.

Can I obtain insurance after completing Level 7?

What prescribing arrangements are needed for injectables?
As a non-medic you will need to work with an independent prescriber for botulinum toxin treatments. We cover this during the course and can advise on finding a suitable prescriber.
