VTCT Levels 3, 4, 5 & 7 Complete Aesthetics Pathway | Ofqual Regulated | Estetica
Even if you are already an experienced non-medical injector with several years of practice and multiple CPD certificates, Ofqual regulations require you to follow this full pathway or begin at Level 3.
Previous experience and CPD qualifications, no matter how extensive, cannot be used to skip levels.
All non-medical practitioners must complete the regulated progression starting from Level 3 to ensure they meet the required standards for insurance and future licensing.
This course will help put you in a stronger position should licensing and insurance requirements change in the future. Achieving the highest qualification in medical aesthetics also helps you stand out from other practitioners, demonstrating a higher level of training, knowledge and professional commitment.

Entry Requirements
No previous qualifications are required, this pathway is open to complete beginners. Non-medical practitioners who prefer to start more gradually can also begin with our CPD-accredited Fast Track to Aesthetics course before progressing onto the full VTCT pathway.
How the pathway works
1. Complete Level 3 theory online + minimal practical assessments
2. Progress to Level 4 skin treatments (microneedling & peels)
3. Advance to Level 5 advanced skin procedures
4. Finish with Level 7 injectables (toxin + fillers)
Most students complete the full pathway in 9–18 months while working or studying around other commitments. Practical days are held in Marylebone and are limited to the assessments VTCT requires.
Payment
We offer flexible internal payment plans on all our OTHM and VTCT courses, making it easier to invest in your training without the pressure of paying the full fee upfront. To secure your place, a 20% booking fee is required.
The remaining balance can then be spread across monthly repayments ranging from 6 to 18 months, depending on the length of the course you choose.
All finance is provided directly by Estetica, there are no credit checks, no third-party lenders, and no interest charged on your payments. Instalments are collected by direct debit for convenience, and we’re happy to create a personalised payment plan to suit your circumstances.
